Jim Freeman is a seasoned professional in the field of sports coaching and training, co-founding Unbound Performance in February 2024 to provide mental performance training for athletes and organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Training and Development at SERVPRO Southwest Raleigh/Holly Springs, Jim has also been involved with Triangle Volleyball, Inc. since 2005 as a coach. Previous experience includes roles such as Director of Volleyball Operations at Duke University and Head Volleyball Coach at Broughton High School and Saint Mary's School. Jim began a coaching career at Cardinal Gibbons High School, where responsibilities included teaching and serving as Assistant Athletic Director. Jim Freeman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from Liberty University, earned from 1982 to 1985.
