Shu Leong is currently employed as a Product Development Manager at Triangle Home Fashions, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this, they were employed as an Assistant Manager at ITOCHU Prominent USA LLC from 2011.

Shu Leong has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Production Management: Textiles from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
