Vinay Kapoor MBA currently serves as a Board Member for Corporate Partnerships & Engagement at Triangle Community Center since August 2023. Previously, Vinay held the position of Senior Vice President and Global Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer at FactSet from February 2021 to February 2024. Prior to that role, Vinay was with BNP Paribas for over two decades, where responsibilities included serving as Americas Head of Diversity & Inclusion, UK Head of Diversity & Inclusion, and Co-Chair for D&I Employee Networks. Vinay's earlier career includes working as a Voice Network Engineer at Hoechst. Vinay holds an MBA in Strategic Human Resources, Creativity, and Innovation from The Open University Business School and completed the LGBTQ Executive Leadership Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
