Rick Rothweiler is an experienced healthcare recruiter currently working at Triage Staffing since January 2023. Previously, Rick served as a Lead Recruiter at trustaff from February 2018 to June 2022, where Rick was recognized as Recruiter of the Year in 2019 for facilitating the travel and income growth of medical professionals. Prior to that, Rick worked at NorthKey Community Care as a Crisis Line Operator, providing intake screenings and crisis intervention. Additional experience includes roles as a Direct Support Professional at The Point/Arc of Northern Kentucky and a volunteer at Special Olympics. Rick also contributed as a Liaison Officer for Young Americans for Liberty and interned as a Recreational Therapist Assistant at Saint Elizabeth Health Care. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northern Kentucky University, completed between 2012 and 2014.
