Anna Ferguson CertRP has over a decade of experience in operations and performance management within the recruitment sector. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Triage since June 2011, Anna has also held roles as Performance Manager and Contract Manager. Prior to this, Anna was with Harmony Recruitment and Development Limited from May 2016 to May 2021 as Recruitment and Operations Manager. Anna's career began at Working Links, where performance management duties were undertaken from August 2007 to June 2011.
