Thomas Stabosz has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Thomas currently works as an Automation Sales Engineer at Triad Technologies, LLC since 2022. Prior to this, Thomas held the position of Branch Manager at SMAC Moving Coil Actuators from 2017 to 2022, where they led and supported sales initiatives and focused on niche products. Thomas also worked as a Sales Engineer at Hiwin Corporation from 2016 to 2017, supporting manufacturers in Northern Ohio with motion control product solutions. Before that, Thomas was the Electrical Product Manager at NEFF from 2013 to 2016. Thomas also served as a Sales Engineer and Special Projects Manager at Nook Industries from 2011 to 2013, where they were responsible for sales growth and margin. Thomas has also worked as an Account Manager at Rexel Electrical & Datacom Supplies from 2009 to 2010, managing sales growth and inventory. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Parker Hannifin, including Automation Group Territory Manager, Quality Manager, Plant Quality Engineer, and Design Engineer. In these positions, they managed sales and quality activities, implemented inspection standards, and conducted training programs.

Thomas Stabosz earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Engineering from Moraine Valley Community College in 1986. Thomas then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the University of Illinois Chicago from 1986 to 1988. Continuing their education, Stabosz completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ashland University between 1990 and 1994.
