Tyler Nemkov is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Senior Regulatory Attorney at Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. since December 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate Attorney at Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie from October 2019 to November 2022, and as a Term Law Clerk for Judge Lewis T. Babcock at the United States District Court from April 2018 to September 2019. Prior to these positions, Tyler worked as an Associate Attorney at Messner Reeves LLP and volunteered as an English Teacher with the Global Community Service Foundation.
