Michelle Mills-Schultz has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Lyneer Staffing Solutions since March 2015. Michelle has held various managerial roles since February 2006, including Regional Operations Manager at Tri-State Employment and Operations Manager at both Corporate Resource Services and Tri-State Employer Services, Inc. Prior to these positions, Michelle worked as Operations Manager at Stratus/Advantage Services Group from 1998 to 2006 and as Supervisor at Kelly Services from October 1997 to November 1998. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Services from Western Illinois University, earned between 1990 and 1993.
