Caleb Phillips has extensive experience in the logistics and transportation industry, currently serving as Area Manager and Fleet Manager at Tri-National, Inc. since July 2018. Prior roles include Operations Supervisor at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc., where responsibilities included dispatching drivers, maintaining performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Caleb's earlier experience includes serving as a Logistics Specialist at MidwayUSA, where product management and troubleshooting were key functions, and as a Stocker at Dollar Tree Stores, focusing on inventory management and customer service. Additionally, Caleb worked as a Merchandiser at True Manufacturing, contributing to the assembly of refrigeration units. Educationally, Caleb holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia, obtained between 2013 and 2016.
