Ian Davidson has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruitment Manager, and Human Resources Manager at Tri-Mach Group Inc. since February 2017. Prior to this, Ian held the position of Senior Recruitment Consultant at TechHi Consultants from July 2009 to February 2017, employing a 360-degree approach to recruitment and client management. Ian's career also includes roles as Account Executive/Territory Manager at Ricoh Canada Inc. and Corporate Sales Representative at Bell Mobility. Ian's educational background features a degree in Arts + Business from the University of Waterloo, with a major in Communications and a minor in Economics, alongside an option in Human Resource Management. Additionally, Ian gained early experience as a Field Marketing Representative/Local Area Manager at Mosaic Sales Solutions between September 2003 and September 2004.
