Susan Marco is an experienced professional in provider recruitment and relations, currently serving as a Provider Recruiter at Astera Health since May 2017. Marco has also contributed to the field as a speaker at the Practice Match Recruitment Conference in 2019 and held roles at Tri County Health Care focused on provider recruitment. Previously, Marco has been involved in academia as an Adjunct Professor at St. Cloud State University and Ridgewater College, teaching various English courses. Additional experience includes positions in marketing and community liaison at Lakeview Ranch Inc., freelance writing for Prometric, and extensive teaching roles in the K-12 education system. Marco holds a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from St. Cloud State University and a Bachelor of Science in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Further education in physician recruitment has been pursued through The American Academy of Medical Management.
