Jessica Gervenak, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Astera Health since May 2021. In this role, Jessica recruits, sources, and onboards employees while collaborating with departmental leaders to align initiatives and support. Jessica provides mentorship on performance management and navigates various employee relations issues. Previously, Jessica held the roles of Human Resources Generalist and Coordinator at Astera Health, where responsibilities included coordinating internship experiences, preparing educational requirements, and promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Jessica's earlier experience encompasses an internship at LINDAR Corporation and service positions at Ernies on Gull Lake and The Pines At Grandview. An MBA in Leadership and Change from The College of St. Scholastica complements Jessica's Bachelor's in Business Administration with a Human Resources emphasis and a minor in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
