Noel Collado started their work experience in 2014 as a Front Desk Receptionist at Community Access. They then worked as a Case Manager at Lutheran Social Services of New York from June 2014 to August 2015. In 2016, Noel joined Breaking Ground (Homeless Services & Affordable Housing) as a Case Manager, where their roles and responsibilities are not specified. Currently, Noel works at Tri-County Care CCO as a Care Manager, starting in August 2022.

Noel Collado attended the Universidad Adventista de las Antillas from 2007 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
