Nicholas Hall has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries.

Nicholas began their career as an Office Administrator at Health Alliance of the Hudson Valley in 2011, where they provided administrative support and maintained office organization. Nicholas also served as a Health Unit Coordinator, assisting the nursing staff and counseling team with patient care. Additionally, Nicholas worked as a Personal Care Assistant and later became a PMCS Co-Trainer, delivering crisis intervention training to staff members.

In 2013, Nicholas joined Cornerstone of Rhinebeck as a CASAC Primary Counselor, working with individuals with substance abuse issues. Nicholas also served as a Transition Specialist at the Resource Center for Accessible Living, facilitating the transition of participants from nursing facilities to independent living.

Nicholas then joined Tri-County Care CCO in 2019, starting as a Care Manager Associate and eventually being promoted to Care Manager. Their responsibilities included assisting individuals with developmental disabilities, developing life plans, and coordinating care. Nicholas also worked as a Data Migration Specialist, supporting the implementation of a new CRM system and managing the reporting department.

In terms of technical skills, Nicholas is proficient in SQL and uses it to build comprehensive reports. Nicholas is also expanding their abilities in Python for report-building and Power BI/Tableau for report visualization.

Earlier in their career, Nicholas ventured into entrepreneurship as the founder of Hall's Way Marketing Inc., where they managed an e-commerce website selling favors and bridal gifts.

Their experience also includes work as a Certified Nursing Assistant at the Northeast Center for Rehabilitation and Brain Injury, assisting patients with their daily living activities and maintaining accurate records.

Nicholas Hall's education history begins in 2003 when they enrolled at Dutchess Community College. Nicholas completed their Associate of Arts degree with a focus on Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities in 2006. After a break in their formal education, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree at SUNY Empire State College, specializing in Human and Community Services from 2019 to 2020.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Nicholas also holds several certifications. In 2011, they obtained a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from the New York State Department of Health. In 2013, they became a co-trainer for Preventing and Managing Crisis Situations through the New York State Office of Mental Health. Subsequently, they obtained certifications in various courses such as NSC CPR Course and NSC First Aid Course from the National Safety Council in 2017. In the same year, they also acquired a Service Coordination certification from the New York State Department of Health. Nicholas's latest certification is CASAC (Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor), obtained from the NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services in 2015.
