Marianna Chepil started their work experience as a Parent Adviser for families with special needs kids at IPA in 2011. In this role, they provided families with information on obtaining eligibility for OPWDD, finding agencies for Medicaid Waiver services, and assisting with school and program choices. Marianna continued in this role until November 2013.

From November 2013 to January 2019, Marianna worked as a Medicaid Service Coordinator at Hand in Hand Family Services, LTD. Their responsibilities included coordinating and managing Individualized Service Plans for Medicaid recipients with developmental disabilities, improving their quality of life services, and accessing appropriate supports and services.

Since February 2019, Marianna has been working as a Care Manager at Tri-County Care CCO. No end date is provided for this role, indicating they are currently still employed there.

Marianna Chepil obtained an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Pedagogical College. Marianna attended the college from 1990 until 1994.
