Colleen Duncan has extensive experience in the field of autism and domestic violence services, currently serving as the Autism Coordinator and Lead Resource Developer at Tri-Counties Regional Center since 2002. Prior to this role, Colleen held the position of Domestic Violence Services Director at Interface Children Family Services from 1993 to 2002. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from National University and an Associate of Arts in Child Development from Santa Barbara City College, along with additional studies at Moorpark College.
