Marilyn Hatch is a seasoned benefits administrator with extensive experience in administering comprehensive benefit and retirement programs. Currently serving as the Senior Benefits Administrator at Tri-City Medical Center since October 2008, Marilyn oversees contract negotiations, compliance, and various benefit plans, achieving significant cost savings through strategic audits. Prior to this role, Marilyn worked as an HR Technician II for the City of Escondido from December 1988 to July 2007, managing benefit plans and supervising staff, and served as the Benefits/Retirement Administrator for the City of Tulsa from February 1985 to September 1988, where responsibilities included managing pension plans and advising employees on retirement options. In addition to practical experience, Marilyn holds a CEBS Certification from the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists.
