Joe Cromie has had a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joe began their career as a Customer Services Agent at Topps Tiles Plc in 2014 before moving on to Cayan LLC, where they served as a Tier 2 Subject Matter Expert and later as a Team Leader. In 2019, Joe joined GoReport as a Customer Success Manager, where they played a crucial role in providing software solutions to the property sector. More recently, Joe has been working at TRG Screen, first as the Manager of Customer Success EMEA and then taking on a dual role as Manager of Customer Success & Enablement, where they are responsible for improving processes and equipping team members with the necessary tools to support clients effectively. Joe then enrolled at Monkstown CS from 2007 to 2009, where they pursued Business Communication Studies. Additionally, Joe attended Northern Regional College, where they studied OCR Business Communications and completed a BTEC National Diploma in Media Production Television Radio and Film.
