Kate Hagen is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the arts and entertainment sector. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at TRG Arts since August 2014, Kate specializes in helping organizations optimize revenue and foster patron loyalty. Previous roles include Marketing Manager for Patron Retention at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and Marketing Coordinator at the Philadelphia Orchestra Association, among others. Kate’s career began with positions at the Delaware Symphony Orchestra and internships at the Ed Snider Youth Hockey Foundation and Gretna Music. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Elizabethtown College.
