Matt Gale is an experienced manufacturing and production professional currently serving as Plant Manager at Trex Company since April 2022, after previously holding the role of Production Manager. Prior to this, Matt held the Production Manager position at Cabinetworks Group from June 2020 to April 2022, and at Masco Cabinetry from August 2014 to June 2020, where additional roles included Safety Specialist, Shipping and Production Supervisor, Quality Assurance Team Lead, and Safety Coordinator. Earlier in the career, Matt worked as an Emergency Medical Technician at Arnot Ogden Medical Center and GREATER VALLEY EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES INC from December 2011 to August 2014. Matt Gale holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Elmira College, attained in 2012.
