Jeremy Coulson has a diverse work experience in web development and programming. Jeremy started their career as a Webmaster at Responsive Management, where they redesigned their website for better user experience. Jeremy then worked as a Graphic Artist at The Winchester Star, designing graphics for news stories and advertisements. Jeremy then joined Frederick County, Virginia as a PC Technician, where they installed software and hardware and assisted with internet proxy and Microsoft deployments. Jeremy eventually became the Webmaster at Frederick County, creating web applications and administering databases. Afterward, they worked as a Programmer/Analyst at Loudoun County Government, developing new applications and enhancing existing ones. Jeremy also worked as a WordPress Developer on a contract basis at Web Strategies Internet Solutions LLC, building responsive websites. Most recently, they held various roles at Trex Company, including Web Developer, Senior Web Developer, and Web Development Technical Team Lead. In these roles, they led teams, created e-commerce and corporate web applications, and developed backend processes to integrate with ERP and CRM data.
Jeremy Coulson earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Technical and Scientific Communication from James Madison University between 1998 and 2002. Prior to that, they attended Laurel Ridge Community College in 1997 and 1998, but did not obtain a degree or specify their field of study. Additionally, Coulson has obtained several additional certifications, including an Amateur License - Technician from the Federal Communications Commission in May 2023, an ITIL Foundation Level certification from PeopleCert in 2020, and Google Analytics certification from Google in June 2017.
