Gabriel Obrist has work experience as a Controls Engineer I at Trew from May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at First Choice Electrical Solutions from December 2022 to May 2023. Gabriel'sresponsibilities included using OpenSpace software to capture data of sites for employees and customers to track progress of various sites and training other employees to capture data for more desired sites. Gabriel also worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Lincoln Electric from May to August 2022. Gabriel'sduties included automated GUI testing with Squish software, programming in Lua to work with Wireshark to break down data within a protocol, and creating Wikis with Azure DevOps for internal use. Before that, they worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Lincoln Electric from May to August 2021. Gabriel'stasks included using various programming languages to create tools for internal use and regression testing with multiple projects while also incorporating new regression tests before release to the public.

Gabriel Obrist is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering at the University of Mount Union, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
