Jenni Naskali began their work experience as a Customer Service representative at Seppälä Oy in 2002 and continued in the same role until 2008. In 2008, they joined Treston as an Export Assistant and held this position until 2012 when they were promoted to Customer Service Manager at Treston's Turku plant. In 2014, Jenni became the Customer Service Manager for Treston, responsible for managing the customer service team in Finland. After five years in this role, they transitioned to the position of Global OTD, Demand Planning, Items and Inventories Director in 2019. Presently, Jenni holds the position of Head of Business Technology at Treston, commencing in January 2023.
Jenni Naskali obtained their first degree, a yo-merkonomi, in Finance and Financial Management Services from Porin Palveluopisto in the years 1999 to 2003. Jenni then pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Operations at Turku University of Applied Sciences between 2004 and 2008. Continuing their education, Jenni completed a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the same university from 2012 to 2015. Lastly, they further enhanced their knowledge with a degree in Organizational Leadership, specializing as a team leader, at SASKY in 2018 and 2019.
