Jiale Liu began their work experience as an Intern at Jinan Caiyun Technology Co., Ltd in February 2013 and stayed until December of the same year. They then worked as a Senior Technical Engineer at Jinan WANBANG Software Co., ltd from January 2014 until May 2018. In May 2018, Jiale Liu joined Tresata as a Product Manager, and their employment is ongoing.

Jiale Liu completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Wuhan University of Technology from 2007 to 2010. Afterwards, Jiale Liu pursued a Master's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from the University of California, Los Angeles from 2011 to 2012.
