Dalia Gloria García Peña has worked in various roles since 2015. Dalia Gloria began as an English Teacher at Expertisse Corporate Language and Coaching Services, followed by an English Tutor at AISTAC, a Communications Intern at Tecnológico de Monterrey, a Planning Intern at Corning Incorporated, and a Peer Tutor at CEGEP - John Abbott College. In 2019, they joined TrepCamp, where they have held the roles of Chief Operations Officer, Operations Manager, Relationship Manager, Sr. Executive, Executive Partner Evangelist, and Coordinator. As Sr. Executive, they managed a team in charge of creating e-learning products/courses, and as Coordinator, they coordinated all logistical aspects of 3 entrepreneurial camps. As Junior Executive, they recruited high executives, CEO's, Founders and Investors as mentors, speakers and judges for 12 entrepreneurship programs.

Dalia Gloria García Peña's education history includes attending Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2014 to 2019, where they studied International Business. In 2018, they attended New York University's Trepcamp Entrepreneurial Simulator program, focusing on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. In 2017, they attended Harvard University's Communications and Leadership program, focusing on Communication, General and Yale University's Causes and Consequences of Corruption program. Dalia Gloria also attended Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2011 to 2014 for their high school degree, and Instituto Winston Churchill from 2002 to 2011.
