Mika Sipola is an experienced professional in wireless product design and development, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Treon since April 2021, where responsibilities include managing complex product design programs from concept to mass production. Prior to this role, Mika held several key positions at Aava Mobile Oy from June 2009 to March 2021, including Head of Product Concepts, Systems Architect for hardware, and Senior Design Engineer, focusing on concept engineering and the architecture of smartphones and tablets. Mika's earlier experience includes a tenure at Flextronics from May 2004 to May 2009 as a Senior HW Design Engineer and HW Design Engineer, specializing in camera system integration and mobile phone electronics design. Mika began the career at Powermill Service Oy (now InfoCare), working as a Service Technician from June 1998 to January 2001, where expertise included circuit-level troubleshooting and repair of electronics.
