Francesca Paolucci has extensive experience in project management and technology innovation, currently serving as Responsabile Area Innovazione e Divulgazione Tecnologica and Executive Assistant to the General Director at Trentino Digitale since January 2016. In this role, Francesca collaborates with the General Director on meetings and document management, ensuring timely execution of requests. As a Project Manager IT, significant projects include managing personnel processes for educational institutions and software development in compliance with sector regulations. Previously, Francesca worked at Informatica Trentina S.p.A. from August 2005 to December 2015, where roles involved junior project management, software development, and the design of centralized personnel management systems for schools. Francesca holds a degree from Università di Trento, completed in 2005.
