Kitt Ellen Aguilar is an experienced professional in talent development and human resources management. Currently serving as the Talent Development and Total Rewards Manager at Trends Group Inc. since November 2019, Kitt has also held roles as Talent Development Manager and Human Resources Consultant. In addition, Kitt has been a Resource Speaker and Trainer at Businessmaker Academy Inc. since September 2017, specializing in training HR practitioners and business professionals. Prior experience includes working as a Business English Trainer for Japanese professionals at Bizmates Philippines, Inc. and as a Human Resources Officer at OEP Philippines, Inc., where Kitt played a key role in establishing the HR department. Kitt has also taught business subjects at Trinity University of Asia. Kitt holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Trinity University of Asia.
