Patrick Lu is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in data architecture, AI, and machine learning, currently serving as the Global Lead Architect for Data and AI/ML at Trend Micro since July 2003. In addition to overseeing architecture design for Security as a Service (SaaS) projects, Patrick has extensive experience in cloud services deployment on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and managing alliance integration projects. Prior roles at Trend Micro include Senior Software Architect and Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed technical due diligence, project management, and coordination of global engineering resources. Earlier career experience includes positions as Project Lead at Trend Micro, Technical Lead at Synnex, and Software Engineer at the Institute for Information Industry, with educational credentials in Applied Mathematics from CCU, Taiwan.
