Marco Richter currently holds the position of CEO at Trench Germany GmbH, starting in November 2023. Prior to this role, Marco served as General Manager at Trench Canada Coil Division within Siemens Energy Products from 2020 to October 2023. Marco's extensive career at Siemens AG from 2004 to 2020 included various senior positions such as Head of Global Supply Chain Management for large gas turbine blades and vanes, General Program Manager for Next Level Repair, and Head of Department Order Execution for refurbishment of gas turbine components. Before joining Siemens AG, Marco led multiple departments at Turbine Airfoil Coating and Repair GmbH from 2011 to 2014, focusing on sales, order management, operational planning, and scheduling. Marco’s foundational education includes a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) in Mechanical Engineering from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, completed between 2000 and 2004.
