John Oscar is an experienced healthcare and emergency services professional with a diverse background in nursing, paramedicine, and pastoral leadership. Currently serving as a Psychiatric Registered Nurse at Trempealeau County Health Care Center since October 2023, John also holds the position of Deputy Coroner for Trempealeau County and continues to be an active Firefighter/Paramedic with the Whitehall Fire Department. With extensive experience in critical care as both a Paramedic and Registered Nurse, John has contributed significantly to various healthcare settings, including Black River Falls Hospital and Paratech Ambulance Service. Additionally, John's leadership experience includes serving as Senior Pastor at Coulee Community Church and previous roles as Associate Pastor at Prayer House Assembly of God. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Western Governors University and has pursued various educational opportunities in nursing and pastoral theology.
