Michael Steele is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in the roofing and building maintenance industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Product and Technical Solutions at Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance since June 2010, Michael has held various key roles including Senior Director of Product and Technical Services and Director of Market Initiatives. Responsibilities include strategic development and implementation of initiatives across multiple roofing systems and contractor support programs. Previous experience includes serving as Single Ply Market Manager, where assessment of the Single Ply market and enhancement of product offerings were critical. Michael began their career at Warren Roofing and Insulation as a Jobsite Foreman and Lead Roofer, emphasizing quality and customer satisfaction. Michael holds an AAB in Business Administration and Management from Cuyahoga Community College and graduated from Kenston High School.
