Chuck Fitzgerald is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales management and product development within the roofing and building maintenance industry. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Rct and Associates since August 2020, Fitzgerald also holds the position of Regional Sales Manager at Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance since November 2009, where responsibilities include increasing sales and training representatives. Additionally, Fitzgerald has served as Director of Fluid Applied Product Development, focusing on the sales growth of various fluid applied products. As President of Liquid Plastics USA since May 2005, Fitzgerald successfully turned around a non-performing company by restructuring personnel. Fitzgerald holds a PhD in Literature from Kent State University and has master's and bachelor's degrees in English Language and Literature from Canisius University, along with authorship of the book "The Good Salesman: Basic Sales Development," 2nd edition.
