Ashley Anfinson has diverse experience in various roles, currently serving as a Processing Specialist at Trellis since October 2022, where Ashley has also held positions as a Support Specialist and Administrative Assistant. Prior to this, Ashley worked at Peace Coffee as a Sales Support Representative from August 2021 to November 2022 and served as President of the Board of Directors at Prescott Area Food Pantry from May 2018 to March 2022. Additional experience includes working as a Barista at The Twisted Oak Coffee House and a Naturalist at Mission Springs Outdoor Education. Ashley began a career in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Hospital Regina in 2016. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Winona State University, earned between 2017 and 2019.
