Jason Friesen is the Founder and Executive Director of Trek Medics International, a non-profit organization focused on enhancing emergency response networks through mobile technologies, a position held since July 2012. Previously, Jason served as the Haiti Country Director for Project HOPE, where responsibilities included emergency medical care development and undergraduate medical education from December 2010 to July 2012. Prior roles included Emergency Management Analyst at Yale New Haven Health, Paramedic Instructor at the National College of Technical Instruction, and various positions in emergency medical services. Jason holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, a paramedic license from Southwestern College, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Westmont College.
