Zak Kronick is a Customer Success Manager at Treez. Zak has over 10 years of experience in sales and customer success. Zak has a proven track record of achieving and maintaining high customer renewal rates. Zak has also created and implemented new onboarding procedures and strategies for new accounts. In addition, they specialize in custom Salesforce marketing automations and lead nurturing workflows/processes.

Zak Kronick began their educational career at Santa Rosa High School. They then went on to study advertising, journalism, psychology, and communications at San Diego State University.

Zak Kronick reports to Joshua Godwin, Manager of Customer Success. They are on a team with Corbin Gardner - Customer Success Manager, Rain Britton - Customer Success Manager, and Hailey Matos - Customer Success Manager.
