Shlomi Sfadia has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 as an Assistant Manager at Ultimate Off-Price, where they were responsible for overseeing sales, inventory, distribution, and logistics. In 2013, they joined Residential Real Estate Investments as an Associate Partner/Investor, gaining expertise in acquisition, development, design, and management. In 2015, they worked as a Real Estate Agent at LA Pocket Listings, specializing in marketing and seamless transactions for both listed and pocket listings. Later in 2015, they joined Rodeo Realty, Inc. as a Real Estate Salesperson. In 2016, they became a Project Manager at Treeium Inc., and finally in 2018, they became the owner of SLS Properties Inc, focusing on high-quality interlocking pavers for driveways, walkways, pool decks, firepits, and outdoor kitchens.

Shlomi Sfadia earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. In May 2015, they obtained a certification as a Real Estate Salesperson.
