Randy Schultz is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Plant Human Resources Manager at TreeHouse Foods since March 2020, Randy has previously held significant positions, including Labor Relations, Safety, & Security Manager at Viking Pump, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed managing labor relations and safety programs. With foundational roles at Tyson Foods as Plant Human Resources Manager and Community/Employment Liaison, Randy demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Additional experience includes account management at American Building Maintenance and roles in human resources management at Heating & Cooling Supply. Randy's career began in the United States Army as a Pharmaceutical Items Manager, overseeing pharmaceutical inventory for military customers. Randy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Northern Iowa.
