Francesca Ciardi is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as HR Manager at Treedom since February 2024. Prior to this role, Francesca held the position of HR Manager at Sebach Italia from November 2021 to January 2024, and at CREE LIGHTING INTERNATIONAL from June 2016 to November 2021. Francesca's earlier experience includes HR roles focused on personnel administration at Centro Oncologico Fiorentino Srl and Phone&Go S.p.A., along with a collaboration with the University of Florence in educational and vocational guidance. Educational qualifications include a Professional qualification as an "Expert guidance advisor" from Pratika Association and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Roman School of Work and Organizational Psychology.
