Czar Johnson boasts extensive experience in the hospitality and outdoor sports industries, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Sundance Mountain Resort since October 2002, where responsibilities include overseeing operations in lodging, food and beverage, spa, facilities, and mountain operations. Prior to this role, Czar Johnson was the Owner/Operator of SBR Sports from May 2001 to September 2004, a triathlon retail store founded with partner Aaron Asay, aimed at transforming lives through triathlon. Additionally, Czar Johnson worked as a Lead Technician at REI from 1995 to 1999. Educational qualifications include attendance at Brigham Young University from 1998 to 2003.
