Slim Ben Salah has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Slim started their career as a Telecommunications Engineer Intern at Tunisie Télécom in June 2015, where they gained knowledge and skills in the telecommunications field. Shortly after, they took on an Aircraft Maintenance Internship at Sabena technics from July 2015 to September 2015, where they gained hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance.
In December 2020, Slim joined Tree-Nation as a QA Engineer, contributing to the testing and quality assurance of the company's products. Slim then advanced to the role of CRM Manager in February 2021, taking on additional responsibilities in customer relationship management. Currently, they hold the position of Senior CRM Manager at Tree-Nation, a role they assumed in January 2022. In this role, they are responsible for managing the company's customer relationship management activities at a senior level.
Slim Ben Salah completed their education in electronics and telecommunications engineering. Slim obtained a Bachelor's degree from Multimedia University in the field of electronics and telecommunications engineering from 2011 to 2012. Slim then pursued a Bachelor's degree at University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest from 2012 to 2016. Following that, they obtained a Master's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from UPC - ETSETB TelecomBCN between 2018 and 2020.
In addition to their formal education, Slim Ben Salah has also obtained various certifications. These include certifications in Email Marketing, Revenue Operations, Inbound, Inbound Marketing, Service Hub Software, Social Media Marketing, and HubSpot Marketing Software from the HubSpot Academy. The certifications were obtained from 2021 to 2023.
