Ben Perlman has a strong background in finance and investment. Ben started their career as a Digital Communications Intern at American Ratings Corporation, Diamond Certified in 2010. In 2011, they worked as a Wealth Management Intern at Vellum Financial and as an Equity Research Intern at ABR Investment Strategy, LLC. Ben was also Vice President at Cal Poly FMA during this time.

In 2012, Perlman became a Valuation Analyst at Ernst & Young, where they prepared complex valuation models and financial analyses for various engagements. Ben also worked as a Tutor in the Cal Poly Athletic Department during this year.

Starting in 2014, Perlman joined White Oak Global Advisors, LLC, where they held several roles. Ben started as an Analyst and then moved on to become a Senior Analyst and Senior Associate. During their tenure, they worked closely with borrowers and partners to provide funding structures for growth initiatives.

In 2018, Perlman joined Tree Line Capital Partners as a Senior Associate. Ben was then promoted to Vice President in 2020, and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President.

Ben Perlman attended Petaluma High School from 2004 to 2008. After completing high school, they pursued higher education at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2008 to 2012. At the university, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, and Statistics.
