Zohra Ladha has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and analytics. Zohra is currently working as a Senior Director Data Science at Tredence Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Accenture as a Data Science professional from 2019 to 2021. Zohra also has experience as a Data Science Specialist at Aeroplan in 2018. Zohra held various roles at Fractal Analytics from 2012 to 2018, including Director, Associate Director, and Senior Consultant. Zohra started their career at HDFC Bank as an Assistant Vice President-Marketing Analytics from 2006 to 2012. Zohra's earliest work experience was as a Business Analyst at Madison Communications Pvt. Ltd from 2004 to 2006, where they provided analytics solutions to media clients.

Zohra Ladha has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Statistics from the University of Mumbai, which they obtained from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Statistics from the same university, from 1999 to 2001. In terms of additional certifications, Zohra has completed various courses, including Machine Learning, A Crash Course in Data Science, Introduction to Big Data, and Deep Learning and Neural Networks, all from Coursera in 2018. Zohra also has certification in Advanced Data Analysis for Marketing Decisions from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2011, and Base SAS certification from SAS in 2009.
