Rusty Allen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Trebor International, Inc., a unit of IDEX Corporation, since January 2016, Rusty has progressed from Operations Manager to Manufacturing Engineer within the same company. Prior to this role, Rusty spent over 22 years as Operations Manager at Dry Creek Shavings, overseeing the family business from its startup to its sale. Additionally, Rusty was a Professional Rodeo Athlete specializing as a Saddle Bronc Rider from January 1995 to October 2015. Rusty holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Weber State University.
