Carsten Weber, Ph.D., serves as the Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at Trebing & Himstedt Prozeßautomation GmbH & Co. KG since June 2021 and is also the Workgroup Lead for Machine Manufacturing with the Open Industry 4.0 Alliance since October 2021. As a lecturer, Carsten Weber has been engaged in various academic roles across multiple institutions, including DHBW Ravensburg, DHBW Heilbronn, FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management, and HTWG Konstanz, teaching subjects related to digital transformation, sales management, and business consulting since 2014. Previous experience includes senior roles at GFT Technologies and MHP - A Porsche Company, along with a significant tenure at Siemens Information Systems. Carsten Weber holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Apsley Business School, an MBA from Universidad Azteca, and several other academic credentials in business and higher education didactics.
