Nicki Rumble (MCIPD) has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Nicki currently serves as the Head of UK & China, People Operations at Treatt since February 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Global Talent Manager at Treatt from September 2021 to February 2022. From September 2018 to August 2021, Nicki worked as an HR Business Partner at Treatt.

Before joining Treatt, Nicki worked at Greene King as a Human Resources Manager, Corporate from September 2017 to August 2018, and as an HR Business Partner, Brewing & Brands from February 2016 to August 2017.

Their earlier experience includes working as an Interim HR Manager at Gallagher Bassett from April 2015 to February 2016, an HR Manager, UK Lead at Intersnack from July 2011 to August 2014, an HR Manager at Intersnack from August 2010 to June 2011, an HR Manager at AMOT from April 2009 to August 2010, a Senior HR Generalist at AMOT from March 2005 to April 2009, a PA to the Global Executive Team at AMOT from February 2000 to February 2005, and a Technical Support in the Systems Division at AMOT from September 1994 to January 2000.

Nicki Rumble has a well-rounded education history in the field of personnel management. In 2006, they attended the University Campus, Suffolk where they pursued a postgraduate degree in Personnel Management and successfully completed it in 2008.

More recently, in 2012, they enrolled in the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) to become a Membership Assessor, focusing on assessing the qualifications and eligibility of individuals seeking membership in the organization.
