Louisa Xu is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and brand protection. Currently serving as Senior IP Counsel at Treasury Wine Estates since August 2016, Louisa has progressed through various roles, including IP Counsel for North Asia and Brand Protection Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Greater China Assistant Brand Assurance Manager at Diageo, where responsibilities included managing investigations and training on brand protection. Previous roles at Unilever involved supervising brand protection for Home Care and online platforms, as well as coordinating the Brand Protection team to support the program's documentation and reporting needs. Louisa holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Intellectual Property Law from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor's degree in Labour and Social Security from East China University of Political Science and Law.
