Elise Spangenberg currently serves as Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Treasury Wine Estates, a role commenced in May 2024. Elise is also a member of Chief, an exclusive network for women in executive leadership, since September 2022. Previously, Elise held various leadership positions at DAOU, including Senior Vice President of People and Vice President of People & Culture from May 2013 to May 2024. Responsibilities included strategizing people operations, recruitment, and employee development within a global luxury wine company. Additional roles at DAOU included Senior Director of People & Culture, Controller, Accounting Manager & HR Business Partner, and Accountant, where Elise managed accounting and human resources functions, enhancing organizational performance and supporting significant company growth. Prior experience includes serving as Accounting Manager at Conway Family Wines and as a Human Resources Representative at Miami Business Enterprises. Elise holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business, with an Accounting major and Marketing minor from Miami University.
