Olli Lämsä has a wealth of experience in the banking and financial industry. Olli began their career as a Trainee at OKO Bank Plc in 2007. Olli then moved on to Pohjola Bank, where they held various roles including FX Dealer and Trader, as well as Structurer for structured products. In 2010, they joined Pohjola Bank Plc as a Senior Structurer, responsible for managing the bank's structured products secondary market position. During this time, they also acted as a market maker for the bank's customers.

In 2016, Olli joined OP Financial Group and took on the role of Head of eFX. Olli later served as the Head of Sales Channels and Concept Development at OP Markets, where they led a team responsible for sales channels and developing new business solutions in the area of FX, interest rates, and structured investment products. Olli also represented OP Financial Group in Silicon Valley, USA, exploring partnerships with innovative startups.

In 2019, Olli became the Development Manager for Electronical Platforms at OP Financial Group, with a main focus on eFX. Olli also managed the bank's FX vendor relationships. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Senior Business Developer, Market Data, overseeing the management of the group's financial market data and optimizing its usage.

Currently, Olli works at TreasurUp as the Head of FX Product Development and Product Manager. Olli is responsible for ensuring that the company's FX hedging solutions meet the high requirements of its bank customers and help them digitize their FX businesses. Their main objective is to build the best FX hedging platform for customers, automating their hedging processes.

Throughout their career, Olli has demonstrated a strong understanding of financial markets, a talent for developing new products and solutions, and a commitment to providing excellent service to clients.

Olli Lämsä obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Oulu, from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, also at the University of Oulu, from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained the ACI Dealing Certificate from ACI - The Financial Markets Association in 2009, and the ACI Diploma from the same institution in 2012.
