Maverick Garner has over 25 years of experience in various roles and industries. maverick is the founder of MavMind, where they provide sales and business coaching, hypnosis and NLP services, and customized sales training. Since 2019, they have also worked at Treasure Data, first as the Director of Global Partner Technical Enablement, then as the Head of Global Revenue Enablement and currently as the Head of Global Revenue Operations & Enablement. In addition, they have worked at Pavilion as an Associate, Scuba Analytics as the head of field success, and Splunk, Inc in various roles including Director of Global Field Enablement. maverick has also held positions at Kana Software, Azul Systems, Chordiant Software, Primus Knowledge Solutions, and Idea Integration.

Maverick Garner has a Graduate Degree in Hypnotherapy from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute, which was obtained in 2020. maverick also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, obtained in 1993. In addition, they have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts from Texas Wesleyan University, obtained in 1986. Maverick has obtained the certification of Certified Hypnotist from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute in 2012. maverick also has additional certifications in Java Architect and Java Programming from Sun Microsystems.
